Let's say I eat a small candy which has 7000 calories?

7000 calories equal 2 pounds.

So if I ate that tiny piece of candy, would it immediately make me gain 2 pounds?

I am really confused when it comes to calories of food and weight of food.
Eating 2lbs of cucumber would be less than 200 calories but I would gain 2lbs right after weighing myself right? What happens with my body until I get rid of those 2lbs?
