How would you tell your mom or dad that you smoke ecigs like I have a few and I only have them cuz the nicotine calms me down like I have bad anxiety?

And I get depressed easy and they don't know about it because I don't trust them I think they will tease me about it so I don't show it but I just can't keep it a secret forever cuz I almost get caught a lot and if I tell them I don't want to get lectured cuz if I do ill get pissed off and tell them off or something my moms agentest smoking and chewing period and my dad has ecigs that he got to quit chewing but he started again and he smokes weed and started drinking when he was my age so I don't think it would be as a big of deal to him but I don't know I don't need lectured at all so I don't know what to do

Well maybe find a better alternative for your anxiety and depression than cigarettes because I can tell you now you're going to regret in 10 years that you ever started smoking them, it's an annoying addiction (I won't preach on the health effects of nicotine too). I think you should just be straight up to your parents and tell them, if they lecture you it's because they're good parents but they really can't so anything to make you stop. Just tell them so it takes the stress off of you.

I wouldn't say that you smoke, but I'd suggest that you need to be put on anxiety medications.

man, tell them so they can help you out with your stress. You don't wanna smoke cigs like me. I get turned down by woman almost immediately/exclusively because I smoke a few here and there.
