Ever since I was a baby, I wouldn't eat as much as I should. That's something that hasn't changed. I still can't eat a lot because I'm never hungry, and when I do it, I get full far too quickly. Though I am trying to eat more because of my health, I'm still forgetful of eating and I still can't eat a lot because I get full easily. If my bad eating habits started from the time I was an infant, does that mean that somehow this is genetic or natural? My parents don't have bad eating habits, neither do my siblings.
It does seem like it may be something genetic, but it is impossible to say for sure. Does this pose a direct threat to your health (are you underweight)? If so, i would recommend asking a doctor about this. It could be an eating disorder or, like I said, something genetic. It doesn't hurt to at least ask a doctor about it

I’m experiencing the exact same thing I never get hungry, all started in the summer and makes no sense. How do you even go about dating like this I don’t understand it :(
