I'm vegan and trying to figure out whether or not I'm eating too much and if it's unhealthy.

*the milk inside the cup is unsweetened coconut milk and there's no dressing in the salad. Lentil Pasta is combined with a few tbsp of guacamole. Trail mixes are homemade and contain raisins, pumpkin seeds, walnuts, almonds and dried figs.
