has anyone actually tried the pure garcinia cambojia diet supplement? im currently overweight and I've tried everything so im wondering if anyone has actually tried the pills and if they lost weight?

I wanna say it doesn't, just because most diet pills are bullshit. even if it did work, actually lets say it does work, you would still need a strict diet and exercise routine on top of taking the pills, if anything the pills would give you a slight minor boost. and the combination of ingredients that helped people burn fat was ephedrine and caffeine, but ephedrine was banned by the FDA, to my knowledge, so now its just more caffeine in these diet pills. if you take the pills alone, you ain't gonna lose shit, you need to eat clean and exercise, so might as well just save money and start doing those first 2 things anyways.

Don't rely on these overpriced, bullshit dieting pills that are not even guaranteed to work. Just exercise and eat healthily and you'll see results.

Yes, I personally discharge more about 3-4 days before and after my period. But a little bit through out the whole month. Discharge is a normal and healthy thing
