Can I be a vegan?

There's absolutely no problem with going vegan, as long as you do it right. Stick to plant-based whole foods rather than processed foods and keep track of your nutritional requirements on cronometer. com. Follow some vegan athletes on YouTube and learn from them, you might like Vegan Gains, Bananiac, CamOnFruit, Jimmy The Ape, Light Twins, Plant Based Guerrilla, PlantbasedAthlete, and Timothy Ⓥ. Most healthy vegans stick to 80% carbs, 10% fat, and 10% protein and always eat over 2000 calories, you might want to aim even higher since you're a guy and you work out. You can adjust the 80/10/10 ratio since some people feel better with more or less fat and/or protein.
Yes, you can without any problem. There are protein replacements like beans and such. And you can eat nuts to compensate for some vitamins in meat. Only thing you have to watch is iron. My body does not accept vegetable iron, not even with supplements. Therefore I need a piece of meat sometimes, but that is only once every 1 or 2 weeks, so very limited.
It's not as healthy as it's made out to be, most vegans miss out on a lot of valuable nutrients especially when they don't eat the right things. Very few people can pull it off. Also vegan men tend to have lower testosterone levels.
it looks like you ate a lot of chicken breasts to get your pecs man, I know there are some vegan bodybuilders, but it must be hard to maintain a physique.
