The number one is to avoid salt at all costs

You can see this video by banana tv they had a woman incorporate 3,400mg of salt (the average amount of salt) into her diet everyday for 7 days (yup only 7 days). and it made her bloat like crazy as you can see. so avoid salt.
It may be what your eating. I can't eat foods that are hard to digest like animal products. They make me bloat like crazy because a lot of gas starts to happen. So I avoid it and I don't really get any bloating anymore. Your stomach should stick out a bit after a meal evaluate your stomach should expand to accommodate meals. But after a couple of hours it should be back to the same size.

I think most people get this, it's just your stomach filling. I would suggest more ab training to help minimise it.
it happens to most people

When you eat your stomach is always going to bloat a little bit. Just add some sit-ups, leg lifts, or planks to your workout to keep them tone. It is possible to still have a noticeable six pack while bloated because when I eat a bunch and flex my stomach, there's just a really curved six pack over a big belly. It looks real funny

I had this problem. I found Diet coke and salty food were the culprit and would hide my lower abs.
You can try to lose a few more pounds of fat but if you already have abs, there isn't much you could lose very easily. More ab exercises making it bigger would help.
