Muslims. Question for Ramadan?

I'm fasting for basically the first time this Ramadan. Now day to day, when I don't drink water often every hour or two hours, and sometimes when I don't eat, i get major migraines. I usually take medication for migraines but won't be able to during Ramadan. When I get the migraines my day stops and I need to take medication and sleep for a few hours or the next day, sometimes the migraines last days though if I don't deal with it early enough.

Now obviously I can't have migraines stopping my day to day life because I have things to do.
Please, if anybody has any experience with this kind of thing, what can I do to prevent migraines during Ramadan?
