Now obviously I can't have migraines stopping my day to day life because I have things to do.
Please, if anybody has any experience with this kind of thing, what can I do to prevent migraines during Ramadan?
I say if you can take the medication during suhur or between iftar and suhur then do that. If you can also either switch your schedule to sleep in the day and be up at night more that should help, if not try to steal some sleep in the day by taking a few naps. I know migraines are killers and you really can't do anything when you have them but naps may help there if you can catch them fast enough (although I don't know the severity of yours).
As far as the water, load up at night, during suhur and during iftar. I always try to use majority of my meal as water, perhaps that will help?
If you cannot fast though due to these medical conditions for some days but can for others then make up that which you can't fast, if you can't fast at all due to these being chronic you have to feed the poor.
try to take your mids in the time when you are not fasting.. also try to make your sleep hours during the fasting ones.
if you really really can't take it you have permission to break your fasting but you need to makeup those days when you feel well and can fast again
also you should know that your nasal medications doesn't break your fast as it had been discussed by the Islamic Fiqh Convention scientists about things also people ask about if they break the fast or not and they said nasal medication doesn't because it doesn't reach your stomach and barely touches your throat.
take yr meds at dawn (sehri, I don't know if understand this word) my brother has epilepsy so he can't miss his meds. as a result he takes them earlier
Thanks, I will try it. Also, there's one nasal type of medication. If i take this nasal one, will it break my fast? It's not in the mouth, but goes in the nose and back of the throat.
Sorry, I know you might not even know this because it's specific and not like an every day thing.
i think u shouldn't. I mean when u can't inject anything so i guess u can't inhale either
OP - I would ask an imam or an aalim about this rather than someone on gag. As far as anything I can link to help I think that Inshallah Yasir Qadhi's Ramadan 2015 lecture should help.

I know it's a long lecture but it has good benefit to it so please do watch the whole thing and at some point in there he does speak about inhalants.

You don't need to fast if you have health problems! But you can try taking vitamins and drinking a lot of water. When I get headaches, getting some fresh air helps me.
Good luck! :)
fastin's no eatin just water... no?
No for Muslims, it's no eating, drinking water or even smoking during those particular hours.
No, because you aren't going without food totally. Only during fasting hours then you get your calories later. Also anybody with medical conditions like diabetes or if somebody is travelling, they aren't supposed to fast.
are you muslim? is you are not why do you wonder?
I am Muslim. Even if I wasn't, why shouldn't I care? It's good when other people ask questions, even insignificant ones like this. It's how some Muslims/Jewish/Christian live side by side in peace and even how some people start to convert.
Thank you, where can I find this information? I don't really belong to any mosque or know many Muslims.
