Torturous Camp: Help?

So I'm currently attending a fencing camp pre nationals. While I understand the point of practicing before I major tournament, this camp is a mandatory 7-hour intensive camp. We do intense conditioning, footwork, blade work, and fencing.
All it seems to be helping is bringing back an old injury with my ankle & completely exhausting me. I'm not going to get miraculously better at fencing in a short camp right before nationals.

Anyways what I wanted to ask was how do I survive the next 4 days (I literally cannot take it anymore after 3 days-I cry at the thought of going)? I can't do this anymore but my coach will be pissed & not help me if I don't go or try! Help me!
