What fruits are best to eat while trying to get rid of belly fat?

I'm trying to lose belly fat and I know bananas help a lot when it comes to that but what other kinda fruit helps with that as well?

This is just a general weight loss thing you can pick an choose which info you want to follow
losing weight is extremely simple. Exercise at least three times a week for an hour and eat balanced meals. A proper plate should consist of 1/2 veggies or fruit, 1/4 complex carb (such as brown rice, quinoa or wheat bread, etc), and your protein should be the size of your palm. For exercise I think weight lifting is most effective (don't worry about getting bulky, women lack the necessary hormones to get muscles like men), I think it's more effective because it burns calories long, and build lean muscle which burns calories by just existing. If you want bigger muscles (example, larger butt or arms) then do heavy weighted exercises with low reps (low weight high rep) and if you want smaller leaner muscle do low weights high rep (this basically toned preexisting muscle. And add about 20mins of cardio of your choice. This is what I find most affective but great at home workouts like blogilates or tone it up on YouTube are great and free.
Staying motivated us hard, but I suggest making a vision board. It sound stupid but it works (mine has a picture if my setting or before body and next to it are a bunch of pictures of my dream body) seeing how far I had come or was going really set the tone of my day and reminded me what I was working for. I also keep one picture of my dream body on the fridge so that it reminds me to make smart choices about what I'm eating

Thank you. As for "losing weight is extremely simple" it's hard if you have a condition that makes weight loss harder. As for me, I have an under active thyroid condition which makes losing weight for me a lot more difficult than gaining weight.

It's really hard for me to lose weight but I mean the basic principle of losing weight is really simple. A lot of people try to complicate it with all these things like macro nutrients, cutting carbs, protein turning to carbs stuff. Just eat healthy and exercise, that really it.

Honestly just try to get varied sources from fruit. It's not that fruits just automatically "burn fat" it's about not overeating and boosting your metabolism with exercise. Different fruits have different sources of nutrients so just grab a variety of fruits.

One of the best suggestions for overall health is to avoid most packaged foods. Basically shopping the outer perimeter of the grocery store works wonders. Mostly everything except for things like rice and such are heavily processed which involves stripping them of vital nutrients to keep their shelf life long. Many foods rich in micronutrients are perishable foods.

If you're looking for one way to burn fat, find foods high in satiation. Foods that are satiating give you a feeling of "fullness" which kills your desire to eat. These include foods rich in complex carbs which take longer to break down in the body meaning you stay full longer. Fruit in general can be satiating because it has a lot of water and fiber while not being calorically dense and that is what will likely cause you to lose fat but look at other foods that are highly satiating because that will mean you feel full without eating so many calories.
