How do you guys feel about boob jobs?

Once I get down to my goal weight I know for a fact I will look extremely flat chested. So I planned on getting a boob job as a present for all the weight loss. I want a normal size though like 36d. Nothing bigger than that but I would consider smaller. I just don't want to look flat chested once I get ripped.

I use to want to get implants but after some research I decided against it.

The reason why decieded not to get breast implants are that 25 to 40 percent of people who get breast implants end up needing another operation to correct something wrong with the first one. Also 9 percent of augmentations had serious capsular contracture (which causes hardening, and sometimes pain), sometimes bad enough to require reoperation.

As well the side effects are infection (bacteria and mold which can be released from the implant into the body), surgical risks, anesthesia risks, chronic breast pain, breast or nipple numbness, capsular contracture, scar tissue, hardened and misshapen breasts, breakage and leakage, necrosis (skin death), disfigurement, arthritis and joint pain, fatigue, memory loss, cognitive impairment, silicone migration into lymph nodes and other organs, debilitating autoimmne diseases and death.

Also when I lost weight my boobs stayed the same size. You can't really predict if you will be flat or not.

I've lost weight before and my boobs were the first thing to go. It's how my body loses weight. I've lost 40lbs so far and my boobs are just disappearing as expected.

@asker well I have a friend who had a boob job and it looks really good. Although I would not suggest to do if you don't have the money to fix it if it goes wrong. The ones that look really fake is because they didn't follow their after care plan properly.

yea, getting in shape leaves you with no boobs. haha! i went from a d to a b. BUT i like how it looks.
if you want fake boobs (like lots of fitness models) just make sure YOU are happy and confident with them. and dont go over board. haha! maybe a C. it will look big since your frame will be so small. D might look way too huge.

Girls that have boobs (even small ones) don't understand that flat chested girls just don't feel like a woman.

36D is huge, especially on a thin/fit girl... do prepare to look slightly unbalanced up top.

I was surprised at how long and painful recovery actually is from a boob job, so also plan to be laying down for the first few weeks, and unable to lift anything.

My opinion is that if it makes you happy, and you're self esteem is already healthy, then do what ever you want. But if you're doing it for approval, or praise, or for someone else's attention, then it's a mistake. Basically make sure you're mind's in a good place before something as drastic as surgery. I have a friend who has a boob job and her breasts look amazing. But she's still unhappy with them and is considering getting more alterations done. She likely has body dismophia (sp?) and has no real sense of how she looks or who she is.

My opinion you probably won't like also sorry if it offends you - I absolutely hate boob jobs they look horrible. Who cares if a woman is flat chested... boobs are boobs regardless until silicone gets put in them then they just get turned into a boob shaped hard sock.

Yes. I know once I get ripped I will look extremely flat chested. I've lost a lot of weight before and I lost all my boobs and looked like a dude up top. I see fitness models with a nice rack and I love the way theirs look.

Maybe a breast lift. Just depends on how the look after losing so much fat and gaining so much muscle. I just want them to be perky and fun.

Plastic tits are nasty and I don't understand why females insist on getting them.
Small tits are sexy and the idea that you have to have big boobs is ridiculous.

I wouldn't go anymore than a C cup if your going to be so toned, are you sure you will lose that much? There are natural things that increase the size. I'm not much for fake boobs but seems like a lot of buff women have them since you know they would be so small normally from all the fat loss
