I use to want to get implants but after some research I decided against it.
The reason why decieded not to get breast implants are that 25 to 40 percent of people who get breast implants end up needing another operation to correct something wrong with the first one. Also 9 percent of augmentations had serious capsular contracture (which causes hardening, and sometimes pain), sometimes bad enough to require reoperation.
As well the side effects are infection (bacteria and mold which can be released from the implant into the body), surgical risks, anesthesia risks, chronic breast pain, breast or nipple numbness, capsular contracture, scar tissue, hardened and misshapen breasts, breakage and leakage, necrosis (skin death), disfigurement, arthritis and joint pain, fatigue, memory loss, cognitive impairment, silicone migration into lymph nodes and other organs, debilitating autoimmne diseases and death.

yea, getting in shape leaves you with no boobs. haha! i went from a d to a b. BUT i like how it looks.
if you want fake boobs (like lots of fitness models) just make sure YOU are happy and confident with them. and dont go over board. haha! maybe a C. it will look big since your frame will be so small. D might look way too huge.

I've been doing a lot and yes there are some risks. But I'm extremely flat and I'm planning to get some in a couple of years.
Girls that have boobs (even small ones) don't understand that flat chested girls just don't feel like a woman.
36D is huge, especially on a thin/fit girl... do prepare to look slightly unbalanced up top.
I was surprised at how long and painful recovery actually is from a boob job, so also plan to be laying down for the first few weeks, and unable to lift anything.
My opinion is that if it makes you happy, and you're self esteem is already healthy, then do what ever you want. But if you're doing it for approval, or praise, or for someone else's attention, then it's a mistake. Basically make sure you're mind's in a good place before something as drastic as surgery. I have a friend who has a boob job and her breasts look amazing. But she's still unhappy with them and is considering getting more alterations done. She likely has body dismophia (sp?) and has no real sense of how she looks or who she is.

My opinion you probably won't like also sorry if it offends you - I absolutely hate boob jobs they look horrible. Who cares if a woman is flat chested... boobs are boobs regardless until silicone gets put in them then they just get turned into a boob shaped hard sock.

From a male perspective, would you really consider having a boob job? Going under the knife to have silicone or something else artificial in your body? These are only really a temporary measure after all! Would you really be all that 'flat' from what you are now?

Plastic tits are nasty and I don't understand why females insist on getting them.
Small tits are sexy and the idea that you have to have big boobs is ridiculous.

Roll with it more men like small. Big tits are just floppy with no shape. But if you were my girl I would go along with what made you happy. Even though my preference is small. My wife was small when we married she has put a little weight on and now has larger ones. She hates them and wants them smaller
I wouldn't go anymore than a C cup if your going to be so toned, are you sure you will lose that much? There are natural things that increase the size. I'm not much for fake boobs but seems like a lot of buff women have them since you know they would be so small normally from all the fat loss

I'm only into boobs that are good looking but best of all, I'm completely into boobs that are naturally healthy. But if you want to recieve a boob job then go right on ahead partner because it's something you set your sights on. Good luck.

I think you need to put into perspective what 'flat' actually is. My girlfriend is a 34A and I don't think she's flat for example, they're very small but in no way is she flat chested.

Hate them. Not only do they look wrong, they're a massive sign of insecurity and vanity. Huge, massive turnoff. I'd rather see a pretty girl happily embrace her small boobs than have invasive surgery just to alter her appearance.

If u got A cups, I think the benifits far outweigh the cons. If u got full Bs, consider ur other assets. If u got a pretty face and a butt, leaning more not to getting it. If you got Cs to DD, ur perfect.
