Girls, can someone helpe to make a small summer fitness plan to a friend of mine?

A friend of mine who is a little lazy needs a fitness plan... something simple... she needs to work on her legs.. so something like squats etc etc...

5 pushups
(2-3min break)
15/29 squats
10 lunges 5/5
10 high knees 5/5
is this good enough? some of the things I do... :/
