If your friend is lazy, they'll need something easier so they don't hurt themselves. Try:
20 squats a day without weights
Walking a mile
If that's not hard enough, then try:
20 squats a day with 20 pounds
jogging a mile
Then if that's too easy, then try:
40 squats a day with 20 pounds
Running a mile
The miles are good cardio and should take no more than 30 minutes at the slowest pace. Good luck and tell your friend not to overdo it!!
Cardio is always good she could jogg/run
