I don't know what to do anymore, I'm at my wits end...
Should I just give up and let my body do it's thing and hope it heals itself without intruding?
1. stop any prducts
2. increase your sack time (this is very important, at least 8-10 hrs/d),, cause your skin basically can only regenerate in this period. and when you sleep , the released melatonin will heal any black spots on your skin.
3. pour fruits and vegetables in your mouth (this is also very important, at least 2-3kg/d) , any products you been using , its nutrition not even a thousandth of a kiwi.(recommend vitamin C & E), and if your body absorded enough nutrition, it can handle itself.
4. Emoiton stability. If youcan't sleep well, you skin would not go any better.
5. stay indoor as long as possible, and keep the environmental temperature at 73°F-77°F, if too hot, there would be too much oil coming out of pore, too cold, the pore will shrink and the oil would be sitting inside the pore.
I suffered from acne for so long. I tried everything, things that will be embarrassed to tell. Even medicine and antibiotics didn't help. I was so tired of fighting it and not seeing results, that eventually I said Fuck it and I stop to worry about, and that's when I started to get better, I realized that the stress and depression was what made it worse. Oatmeal is good, try to keep your skin clean, For some reason during summer my skin always got better especially if I went to the beach a lot, I guess the salt water and the heat kept the pores open and clean. Have you tried proactive, it seem tonhave help a lot of people. Good luck
Stress can inflame skin so...
*stop stressing out
*continue oatmeal treatment or other mild cleanser
*eat lots of veggies and fruit
*cut back or eliminate dairy
*change bed sheets once a week
*don't wear any heavy makeup
Im in the same boat! I feel like the more products I use the worse my skin gets.
I'm going to go back to just using my cetaphil cleanser and then putting tea tree oil on my skin every night, and that's it. Acne is so frustrating.

Only use a mild facial cleanser, maybe a mild toner and then a moisturiser, keep it real bare and see if that helps. Make sure there's no perfume in there, or anything strong to fight breakouts (no acids). Rub gently when you wash your face, and tap the moisturiser in. And never touch your face!
Also, check if you haven't changed something lately in your lifestyle. Are you doing less/more exercise? Spending more time in the sun? Sweating more? Been in a dusty environment? Is your diet exactly the same as it was before this happened? Sometimes the smallest thing can make a difference. What can help is try cutting off anything processed from what you eat, and cut off dairy as well.
You might need to keep this all up for several weeks to see a real effect.
first of all don't trus any "online methods"... those methods r just BS mostly. and don't make any xperiments on yer skin anyway... better leave it as it is, since it's da best solution actually (i know it sucks but... )
but better bad than worse i guess...
I spent ages trying to find something that helped me, I started used some ex-foliating stuff like 5 days and it's worked like a dream. I went to look online to get some more and I read the container, that's when I realised it was ex-foliating foot cream xD It works like a dream though.
Drink more. water... seriously that magic just work perfect on me... and sometimes it's good to meet a skin doctor...
Or let it heal automatically but it will take time...
I drink like a gallon of water everyday, maybe even more than that. I'm going to see a dermatologist next month... It takes forever to get to see one. I know I've fucked up. Ugh.
Relax... it gets worse but don't worry, you will be fine... just leave it as it is... try something natural but I would recommend a doctor direct..
Lush Tea Tree water xxxx
Do you use that?
I do! I always recommend it, it's so soothing on the skin and refreshing x and drink a lot OF WATER
Stop putting products on your face.
