Am I to heave for the average guy?

I don't look heavy but I feel like I am, so I've always been afraid to let guys give me a piggyback ride or run and jump into their arms for fear that they might drop me. So is 155lb to heavy for the average guy?

I can lift 155 and Im neither trained nor very big myself. If he can't lift 155 whitout breaking, then he needs to hit the gym, because that's weak as fuck.
