I have serious psychological problems, please help?

For a 1 year period, I have really serious problems. I am using drugs that my psychiatrist gave but it still didn't effetc! I need help, what can I do?

I always feel awful, I see some stuff and I barely sleep.

You need to go back and see him. Check into alternatives as well. Sounds like you may have minor schizophrenia and serious psychosis. But check with him. This needs to be changed pronto. If not find another doctor. I have known meditation to help assist in what you have. Personally I have delt with psychosis before and if you get used to the idea that a majority of the time it isn't real you can over come it and help coerse your mind back into reality... ACTUALLY SEE A DIFFERENT DOCTOR----HOPE THIS HELPS.
