A health care professional would be the best choice since you know they are just doing their job and you don't get too attached. I would prefer an average looking woman since I would feel uncomfortable having a man see me naked.

Yeah I wouldn't be comfortable with having a relative do it since I would feel very dependant on them, while a health care professional is just doing their job. As for gender I would prefer a woman since women are more gentle and I would feel more comfortable being naked in front of a woman than a man even if I don't find the woman attractive (which is preferred but not too ugly).
