breakfast: one granola bar, bottle of water or oatmeal with blueberries (no sugar)
Lunch: granola, water, salad
dinner: lean chicken, no skin, with broccoli, squash and tons of spinach.
I also drink green smoothies all the time (blueberries and spinach)
My skin always has moisturizer(oil free) with salicylic acid and I use an anti-acne foam that is on my face all night.
i also wash my makeup off the second I get home! But I STILL breakout. I just discovered new breakouts, and I'm so pissed :( no one else in my school has bad skin, and they eat so much junk food! literally, they all have skin like the gods and look like supermodels :( I'm CRUSHED. Help!
