Is this norma?
Thanks!
It's not normal to be scared of gaining weight however I wouldn't want to obsess over it, naturally as we grow older you're indeed supposed to gain weight and depending on your height too that factors into it. Don't be scared but also don't pay attention to the scale that much if you can help it, what matters is how you look on the outside. For example, There was a point from when i was 15-20 I weighed the lightest I ever did between that age when i was 17, I got off birth control and the weight slid right off, I was never fat I was probably around 115 and I weighed 100, I'm 5'2.. over the next 3 years I gained that weight back but I physically looked better than when I did at 15, i was toned and had little curves in all the right places. So the scale isn't always "right" xx
It is normal, but I dont think you should continue on worrying about your weight to that extent. It's good that you want to be healthy, but it isn't healthy for you to be stressing like this. You should speak to your doctor about. To me your weight sounds pretty skinny to me. It really all depends on your height.
If you don't eat over your calorie-maintenance level you won't gain weight... period ^^
