After graduating last year I have been cooped up in my room, being a hermit, especially with my online college classes, making it easier not to go outside. Well I have always been 90 pounds and always had some meat on my bones and in general had a different body shape before graduation Especially with all the walking I would have to do to walk around my old high school. Well I normally keep away from mirrors because of my bad weight issues in the past, and I normally keep a good eye. On my weight to make sure it doesn’t go down again, and lately I have been gaining weight and noticing that my arms legs and body in general have been so much slimer to the point that my siblings say I have hands like an old lady because they are very defined and bony. I am not on a diet and I eat the same as I used to if not more because i’ve been just so much more hungry. Has anybody else had this problem because I was just getting comfortable with my body and for me to get so skinny and weigh 5 pounds more (95) is so confusing and just I don't know makes me scared that im gonna look like how I used to when I had a bad relationship with food.
I gained about 15-20 lbs and significantly slimmed down. I went from a size 5 to a size 1 / 2.
I went from “skinny fat” to toned and slim.
The body is funny like that I guess, that’s why I don’t pay much attention to my weight.Your body is always changing and that’s not necessarily a bad thing. Maybe speak to your PCM about questions or concerns and they may even refer you.
