The healthiest way to get rid of belly fat in one month is a combination of sprinting, swimming, dancing, and healthy eating. Not just going for a brisk jog: FULL ON SPRINTING as fast as you can as if your life depends on it. Running so fast that your heart feels like it's about to pulse out of your chest and you're drenching in sweat. I ran track for five years and I'll never forget the way some people would drop crazy amounts of weight so quickly. I'd recommend doing this off of a treadmill because unless your at an incline, the treadmill doesn't have the same effect. One hour minimum. Swimming or water aerobics is another great way to lose weight because it involves your full body and is less pressure on your joints. 2 hours minimum. If you start doing a dance routine and truly put all of your passion and effort into it, you will notice your dress size decrease. All of these activities cause you to engage your entire body vs focusing on isolated sections. Eating healthy foods is also a major factor.
