I always feel very stressed out. Even if I'm not at work or there's nothing else going on in my life, I feel stressed out. Because of it, I feel tired and even depressed a lot of the time. I worry about how this will affect my health now and later on in my life. What can I do to stop this? How do I stop being so stressed all the time?
This might sound strange but there are hypnosis videos on youtube where you listen to someone speaking to you and I find them really relaxing. To make yourself less bored why don't you take up a hobby or exercise or go out, just try and do anything to get you out of the house and doing something.
