For something to be considered healthy it must contain nutrients, vitamins, and minerals, but also be low in cholesterol and saturated fat and free of refined sugars and preservatives. For example, though eggs contain nutrients, it is illegal and considered false advertising for companies to market them as "healthy" because they exceed the upper limit for cholesterol and fat content.
You're right though, depending on diseases or allergies, it might not be healthy for you to eat a certain food. However, just because a healthy food does not react well with you, does not mean that that food is no longer healthy.
