You have to low weight overall there is no way to spot reduce on a area and sadly the hardest place to use it is around the lower stomach/back area.'it is how're a simple concept to lose weight. A calorie deficit must be achieved that is a given, 3500 kcal is equal to a pound of weight so getting a negative of this will lower your weight a pound. Now getting the deficit is where most people fall, there are simple things you can do to lower it count kcal and all that jazz and lower r kcal intake by 300 a day and say walk two miles a day at a 4mph pace burning 278 kcal a day so 578 a day, at this you would burn a pound a week, personally I wouldn't do that way tho I would go to the gym and do some resistance training to tone and burn body fat
