I lost 30lbs in 2 months doing Garcinia Cambogia and Green Coffee Bean Extract by naturewise. And strict dieting. Honestly I didn't work out at all. I was just more active.
I started dieting before I got the pills and lost like 1lb a week. Once I got the pills. I swear it seemed unbelievable to me. In 5 days I lost 7lbs then about 4lbs a week. I can show you the ugly pictures to show the difference, if you want. Privately.
I read that is doesn't work for everyone but I think it's only because they weren't doing it correctly. 2 of my friends tried it. One lost I think around 50lbs on it but my other friend didn't lose but 10lbs at most in 2 months, but she didn't change her eating habits.
For both pills it costs almost $60. If I remember correctly. I tried Garcinia Cambogia by a different distributor before and it didn't work and I paid $80 just that. So I looked into it. You have to be careful picking which one because sometimes they don't put enough of the ingredient in it. It's almost like taking a sugar pill.
I work out now though I have the time and my husband is pushing me and I'm letting him since I feel better about myself.
Eat healthy, don't eat less... You could follow a low carb diet which always works or a paleo one which is kinda the same. If you want to see results you should follow one of this diets. It's very simple, take away all the carbs and eat healthy fats so you're body won't store any fat becuase it will be using up the enery in the fat you give it. There's also another posibility which is eating lots of carbs and no fats (like vegans). U can re-search all od these diets, just don't mix fats and carbs togather... (Ps: I don't think eating less will do any good becuase in my opinion your body processes diferently 500g of a cake and 500g of letucce).
Well it would be nice if we knew your height and weight so we knew if you really needed to lose weight but I'd reccomend you start to keep a food log. Make sure you eat under 2000 calories a day unless you exercise that day then bump it up to 2200 cal a day. Make sure you don't eat processed or light foods. Light foods have more fat than the regular versions. Try to eat very little carbs and fats like butter, pasta, bread, etc. Best of luck!!!

Actually it's very unhealthy o eat under 2000 calories and can lead to to things like anorexia. Diets and numbers on labels are based on 2000 calories, because hats how much they say you should be eating a day, when they say something has 20 g of fat, they're basing it on how many calories that would be, and it usually shows how many calories that item has. You can have sweets every so often but, not every day, an by the way qa, your work will burn off calories quicker than what ou might do in the gym, trust me

Eating healthy is not enough, you also need to eat less.
The 100% sure way to lose weight is to count your calories, but it can take a lot of effort. In general just try eating like 30% less and dont snack.

Eating Right is huge when it comes to losing weight. Always eat a healthy breakfast. This will kick start your metabolism so your body won't store as many fats. It should be your biggest meal, though it doesn't have to be huge. try eating proportional and healthy for the other meals, making supper (the last meal) your smallest, as you don't need as much food overnight as during the day. Remember to exercise too.
I am sure you can squeeze a 30-45 min walk into your daily schedule. You don't need fancy equipments!
Another thing i can recommend is a food diary. Keep track of every little thing you eat. Even a piece of celery. Keeping record of what you eat can help you identify why you haven't been losing weight. Try to find out how many calories the things you eat have and how much you have been eating (weigh them for a while until you can approximately say how much everything weighs by looking).
Cut down your calories - eat lots of vegetables as they speed up your metabolism and fill your stomach without consuming many calories.
although you can lose weight with diet alone (I have before), exercise has a lot of health benefits and speeds up your weight loss. If you can't exercise due to time constraints, you can try incorporating more movemeny in your daily routine - take the stairs, take a break and a.5 minute walk, park your car further away and walk.
You have to create a calorie deficit in order to lose weight. There is no way not to lose weight if you're doing the right things, count your calories, try not to exceed 1200 calories a day.
Question: are your clothes fitting more comfortably? At times dieters "gain" weight, because they are building muscle mass.
Cut down on glucose (high sugary foods). Eat less carbs (more sugars) and instead have foods with natural vs. processed sugars. Tough to do, but you'll notice a difference if you have the discipline.
I know some exercises that only takes 15 minutes. .
