I think I hurt my foot. Any ideas of how? Or how to make it stop hurting?

It hurts in the general area of the picture, it started hurting really badly about halfway throught the day. I was wearing heels earlier. (I added a picture of the heels i wore) Now I'm not wearing them, but my foot hurts when i walk.

need more info. what sort of pain is it? is it a sharp stabbing pain, or a dull aching pain?

Is there any inflammation, redness or bruising? Does it only hurt when you are standing or is it constant?

Dull aching i think. Slight inflammation, light bruising. It hurts if I'm standing, walking, or moving it

Over the top of the foot? Not the bottom.. ?

You need rest, anti inflammatory, some heat (warm water from the shower will help) and light stretching.

Yeah its on the top and goes onto the front of my ankle a little bit
