Ok, so not a lot of people actually know this, but to lose more weight you sometimes have to eat more.

A lot of people don't think about this because "constant calorie deficit = weight loss" which is not entirely true. Everything in your body is being decreased and drained when you're in a deficit so sometimes you have to reset and boost everything again.
