The pictures are of my skin so that you can see what my spots are basically like
.
I've never had acne so not sure. But you look like you have oily skin; maybe rub some rubbing alcohol on the area to dry the area up a bit, then use Palmer's Cocoa butter which helps w/ scars (it will take time to see a difference, but I love the lotion, it helps w/ scars). But don't use rubbing alcohol 24/7 b/c it may kill some of your good bacteria on your face--maybe use it once every other day.
Part of it is your age. Your skin will tend to clear up as you get older (though someone with oilier skin will have fewer wrinkles, so you will win in the end).
Washing your face with a gentle cleanser and then moisturizing with something light but not too oily will help a lot. I have heard that toothpaste is also good for drying out pimples.

Don't use tooth paste, baking soda, lemon on your face.
I don't have much, besides keeping your face fresh and moisturized.
When you go outside, make sure you put on sunscreen to prevent either scars or something.
Don't use hot water on the face. Go for cool water.
And drink lots of water.
Take vitamins.
Well, you really should listen to your doctor above all else, but honey and lemon are good for the skin. Just natural honey and lemon juice.
We really aren't suited to finding a better regime for you than your doctor :/
