'Is it a big deal' is subjective, and unfortunately at the age most people have acne, it is a 'big deal', but that changes quickly as adulthood sets in. Acne for those prone never really goes away, but it also becomes much easier to see past the odd blemish of any sort on potential mates.
Certainly at some level I'd say that a few zits could even be considered a good thing, but that's probably because I've never been attracted to the airbrushed ideals put forth in magazines, advertising and popular culture.
Be yourself, and pretty, that'll more than make up for a few spots.
acne is not as big a problem as girls think it is, iv even found girls with lots of acne attractive but there will definateely be guys that its a turnoff too, either because they don't like it or because it will be socialy bad for them. Acne goes away with a good diet, exercise and time so think carefully before putting drugs in your body or rubing drugs on your skin and wasting lots of money
honestly if the guys likes you...he won't care about if you have acne (I know it's cliche to say), but it's really true. you're your worst critic.
