Ofcourse many people prefer to stay at their houses during winter instead of do exercises. Getting outside for a run in the winter can be exhilarating if you make sure you're well prepared. If you keep running, you will continue to generate enough body heat to stay safe. Running also can help you to lose any extra weight and make you healthier.

I run long-distance, and one of my favorite seasons to run is the Winter. The chill at the beginning can be a bit painful/hard to endure, but once my body heats up, I'm good to go. I absolutely love it!
