What are some good "beginner" exercises for lazy f**ks like me who hate exercising but need to?

pretty self explanitory.
i hate eating healthy, exercising, etc. but I should.
I have no current pressing health matters but I can if I get any lazier but I guess its still not enough for me to put any more effort than I need to.

whats the minimal about of effort i can put into being healthier while maintaining happiness and sanity.

(eating healthy and exercising are the most painful things in my opinion. i dont agree with the sentiment those two things make you happier and sanier. they are just pain in the buns)
