This is becasue your abs are week, But the more you do the exercise the less shaky you will become less shaky the more you do them

You're not used to it probably. I go to the gym every day, when I do something I'm not used to do I shake a little too, it ends after some days.

Cuz your straining your muscles its normal. Happens when I lift heavy and start to feel fatigued.
