Tell me how! I'll do anything! Need all the advice I can get. I have been losing and being healthy and working out, but these are the last 10 days before my event. So I want the best advice for making the most of the last 10 days!
Losing weight is a long process, diet, exercise, watch how much you eat, cook your own meals from scratch. It'll take 3 months before you notice a difference, then 6 months when it's an obvious change to your body.
