Home Workouts are no joke when done right. You can get a killer workout all in the comfort of your living room in front of your TV. From what it sounds like though the specific workouts you do are basic at and beneath your current fitness level. And there isn't really anything you can do with those little 5 lb weights that's going to give you anything you can actually call a workout. Honestly there are a ton of recommendations I have for you but I'd need to know things like what your goals are and whether or not you are willing to spend money on additional equipment and if so how much.
