Girls, period blood clots (sorry gross I know)?

I Have a lot of blood clots sometimes. Sometimes they are really big. Does everyone have this issue or is it just the occasional person. Are other girls periods just like faucets... only broken and goes off and on or what?

Yes, I know What you mean and Means Nothing too much. I believe Fibroids or Something of this Nature.
However, Take a Daily Multiple Vitamin to Continue to Keep the Blood Flowing and Going Good, with Extra Iron.
And of course, Make an Appointment to See your Doctor yearly for a Pap Smear, dear.

Yeah i get that too but i don't know if it is that, or if it's just the lining because when i try to move it round to see what it is on the toilet roll, i have to make it break and i don't know if it's skin. They're just lumpy and a darker colour, usually when i have a heavier flow

It's normal. It's the lining and sometime's it doesn't get " shredded " enough and come's out in giant pieces. I think it's interesting. There's no need to be freaked out though.

My periods are pretty heavy and they are like 80% clots. Big ones, too. If you're worried, see a doctor.
