10 days ago, I started exercising everyday to tone up and lead a healthier lifestyle. I've been eating a high carb vegan diet and increased my protein intake. I eat anywhere between 1200-1600 calories and weigh everything I eat with a food scale so it can't be inaccurate. 5 days ago, I weighed 116 lbs and today, I'm 2 pounds heavier. My weight keeps increasing everyday and I'm clueless as to why this is happening. I'm 20 years old and 5'4 inches tall. It can't be muscle this early on.. What's causing me to gain weight so quickly?
No. If you want to take frequent measurement of your weight then be aware of variances that will occur. Such as water.
Logging your weight on a spreadsheet is a good decision.
