I am wanting to loose about 15 more pounds. Already lost 10. My plan is to run in the morning and do more cardio and Ab exercise in the afternoon. I paln on drinking much more water and cut down to 1 Coke a day. I know people say none but for me if I tell myself none I will want more if that makes since. I'm going to eat more vegetables and healthier foods. If I do all of this is it possible to loose 15 pounds in 6 weeks?

Like 2.5 pounds a week? Yes should easily be doable if you put in the effort.
Why not try diet coke. No calories.

Hell yeah it is. You can do it in 3 weeks if you are strict with your diet. I know it's hard but best of luck to you.
