I've been starving myself (not literally) for weeks, with no weight loss?

For four weeks I only ate 1700 calories a day, then for the next four weeks I only ate less than 1200 calories a day and for the last two months I've been working out like crazy up until about midweek last week.
I don't really know what else I can do, why isn't my weight changing at all? I've been doing this for more than a month with no results... And before the weight lifters come on here, no I haven't been lifting weights so I haven't been gaining muscle while losing fat, I look exactly the same.
