By working out i just meanan hour of running/walking. i already ran/walked twice today with a total of 11.5 miles. but i need to lose weight fast. should i do another three miles before bed?
No. Overworking your body is not a smart idea. It's not just your workouts that will lead to weight loss. Eat right, choose a balanced diet you can commit to and HYDRATE! I know it's not something people enjoy hearing, but it's the way to a healthy and strong body.
