That way you'll lose it right and keep it off. Because its a practice, not a diet.
Just try and incorporate veggies and fruit as much as possible. And whole grains.
Avoid meat, dairy, added sugar.. (im vegan so i may be biased, but its made me the healthiest I've ever been) But you aren't ingesting cholestoerol or bad fats by avoiding animal product. But, go lean meat if you do, lean light meat.
Try mostly whole foods basically. Whole grains, whole veggies and fruit, and protein. Which good lean sources of protein are in veggies and grains. Quinoa, tempeh, nuts, etc.
And drink a lotttt of water. Dont get any sugar from your drinks. Dont do soda or alcohol when you can.
