Is this true about how often people change their sheets?

Four times a year? I used to do it once a week, but now I'm lazy and do it every two weeks when I do the rest of my laundry, but that's just disgusting... four times a year?

If you shower every day, I would say that 'Every two weeks' is Fine, But Change your Pillow Cases... Weekly.
In between the 'Rest of my laundry,' Use Fabric Freshener Spray to Keep the Germs Away.
Very 'Disgusting' with 'Four times a year,' But not surprised. I have known people who changed their sheets.. Once a year or once n a Blue Moon whenever in the Mood.
