you can lose about ten pounds in a week if you cut your calories in half. you lose about 5 pounds of water per each initial pound of weight. cut calorie by 500 a day you lose 65 pounds in a week. this only works first week bc once you lose extra water weight it goes at a regular pace. i e 1 pounds = 1 pound.
drop 1000 calories you'll lose 10 pounds. not on term f course. it takes weeks to lose ten pounds. but you will lose some extra water in a week.
if you eat an average diet now, then aim or about 1000 calories a day. make sure plenty of protein and vegetables and drink water, losing water doesn't mean you dont need to take it in. its part of the cycle. dont get dehydrated this will weaken you.

Try to mostly eat fruit for all meals and do stomach wraps and and wear corsets if your stomach if your problem. If you only need to lose weight for a short amount of time, that's good but you can't do this for longer than a week. It's a bit unhealthy.
A week is extremely short but you might be able to have some gains from the exercise side by using high-intensity interval training.
For example, start by warming up and stretching, then sprint as fast you can until you can't anymore (won't last long), then recover your breath, then sprint again, then recover, then sprint again, etc. Keep doing it for a half hour or so.
This is like heart-exploding exercise that very quickly pushes your body to the limits and requires tremendous motivation to keep doing, but it can result in some very rapid gains.

The high protein diet, if you're very strict can give you results in a week. I do it sometimes. There's variants of it, so just Google and see what suits you. There's a popular one called dukan diet. It's not very safe to do for a long time though, so just do it for the holiday and that's it.
You can do that, but don't expect to loose weigth in just one week. You may start loosing it. Do some abs exercises. That will flatten because the muscles get stronger. Your stomach may be bloaty because of weak abs.
Eat 90% fruits and veggies. Especially watermelon. :)
Little bread, meat or dairy.
Lots of water.Stop drinking soda
Go to a sauna
Swim in a cold pool for half an hour each morning
Eat lots of hot stuff
