I'm going to Spain and I really just want to drop a few pounds or shape up so that I look in a decent shape when I'm wearing my swimsuit. I'm generally healthy anyway but I just wanted to lose a little bit of weight somehow. I'm fine with my body just my stomach is always really bloated and pokes out quite a bit. I bought some appetite suppressing tea and some water retention tablets just to aid the loss, any other advice? I was thinking of cutting carbs and just having protein and fat or only having one carb meal a day, for example in the morning to give me energy and then just salad and fish for lunch and fish/quorn and vegetables for dinner. Any other advice? Thanks so much please don't lecture me either I know that a permanent fix comes from a regular healthy diet and fitness routine which I have been doing but my stomach still isn't as I'd like :)
