How to grow at the age of 16?

How do I become taller. Hey guys, my dad is 5 feet 8 and my mom is 5 feet. I am 5 feet 8 and 16 years old. How do I grow taller. please tell me some ways to get taller to 6 feet. I would do anything. please help me out. My uncles and aunts are around my dads height. But they're kids are becoming taller than me, they are also younger than me. I feel very disappointed when I see that my cousins are taller than me. please help me out. Thank you in advance.

It sounds like you're destined to be 5'8, I'm afraid. You could grow more, you never know, but as both your parents are short it seems unlikely that you'll reach 6 feet tall. To maximize your growth potential then just like a healthy lifestyle and make sure you get the nutrients you need. If you don't grow then at least you'll be healthy!

Being 'short' isn't the end of the world - besides, 5'8 barely qualifies as short anyway.

Eat healthy and a lot (calcium, proteins, carbohydrates, etc.), no smoking, drinking, if you workout dont use heavy weights (as it is bad for the joints, which inhibits growth) and do excercises to relax your muscles.
