Based on your weight alone, you're already thin. Are you sure you're measuring correctly? The measuring tape should be right above your belly button at the narrowest part of your waist. Aside from that, it might just be your natural body shape. Try reducing your carb and sodium intake as that can bloat some people up. Do you have any food allergies that may contribute to a bloated tummy, hence the 34 inch waistline? If not, I still highly recommend looking into your diet before trying anything else especially with an optimal weight like yours.
As for exercises, you could try combining cardio with weightlifting a few times a week. Adding resistance shapes the body more than simple cardio, which just makes you a smaller version of yourself. Stomach vacuums and weighted ab exercises are supposedly helpful for cinching the waistline. Hope you achieve your goals!

You are most probably apple shaped, so it will be hard to make your waist smaller, but good luck with it. :)
Most here including myself have no concept of how to translate to " stone weight into pounds ( American ) or Kg.
If you want to lose fat, do HIIT workouts and cut out sugar

First have your muscle/fat ratio measured in a gym. That says more than the BMI. And based on that, make a nutrition and workout program.
