I've heard about people stress eating, but when I'm stressed, I can't eat a damned thing. Especially when its girl stress. I've lost about 50 pounds over the last 8 months, not from not solely from not eating, I just took the fact that I was eating a lot less, and kinda started watching my calories, and working out, and kinda took it as a blessing in disguise. Even though Im still stressed about it lol.. Im just curious as to how many of you guys are the same, and lose a lot of your appetite when stressed out.
