Any guys have any tips for easy abs? I've been having a lot of trouble lately with it and I dont have time during the day to go to the gym, and have slight motivational problems, so if anyone has some easier ways to either get extremely motivated or just easy abs in general I am all ears. I am relatively skinny with not much "chub" on my stomach but enough so that I dont have a skinny pack. So either ways to build up the muscle or ways to get even a skinny back are greatly appreciated.

You seem pretty lazy lol, having a well defined abdomin takes patience and hardwork (for most)
If you are serious, you will make sure to do plenty of Russian twists, sit ups, leg lifts, planks and sprints.

Running. My boyfriend had to do hella burpies in mma and he has nice abs from it 👌🏻
