Anybody have easy abs tips?

Any guys have any tips for easy abs? I've been having a lot of trouble lately with it and I dont have time during the day to go to the gym, and have slight motivational problems, so if anyone has some easier ways to either get extremely motivated or just easy abs in general I am all ears. I am relatively skinny with not much "chub" on my stomach but enough so that I dont have a skinny pack. So either ways to build up the muscle or ways to get even a skinny back are greatly appreciated.
