Does it depend on what you're doing that day (muscle group wise)?
I ran for a mile outside this morning, and then within an hour of that went to a gym and used their treadmill for an hour.
Im kind of a slut for cardio 😂 It's my favorite.
Though most would consider the mile I ran just a warm up, I've never worked out more than once in a day like I have today. Felt super nice though.
The first run motivated me for the gym, and I was even tempted to go back a third time from still being motivated. 😂
