How do I get there? I'm trying to make my goals small and then make them bigger as I go.
So if you would like to get bigger than I would start by doing research online! Do as much as you can. Also increase your protein in take (peanuts, eggs, meats, powers, ect) and combine that with weight lifting a couple times a week. Start small and increase as you get stronger. Eating healthy and cardio will make you lose fat but you won't gain any muscle. I would try eating healthy combined with protein and carbs. You have to gain weight to gain muscle. And then just keep lifting and working out!
Eat more like this you ll gain weight then work out a lot. You ll have a biggest frame like that.
Your physique already looks like that if not better. I think that you have already reached your goal.
Just keep pumping iron. And eat right. Girls love this shit.

Eat more and don't exercise, that body probably doesn't even carry any more pure muscle mass than yours, sit back and eat shit and maybe do bench once a week. Not kidding that body you want isn't impressive at all.

I saw one of your posts... 5'9 isn't short bro. I'm 5'8 and I don't really get called short. Plus you're 13, I was probably 5'5 at that age lol
I am 16 in fact, they changed my age for some reason. I am pretty skinny too. Being short and skinny sucks. :(

Yeah, I think you are skinnier than me, but it's not a big problem. Just try eating more while doing exercises. I would also recommend you to do height increasing exercises because 5'8''-5'9'' is short.
