By boyfriend is out of town and he's coming back in 2 weeks. I wand to surprise him by losing some weight. I can't exercise due to by busy schedule but I can control by diet but I don't know how.
I usually eat 4 times a day, heavily! Breakfast, lunch, evening snacks and dinner.
What should I NOT eat? Is it possible to lose weight(noticeably) in such short time?
