I usually eat 4 times a day, heavily! Breakfast, lunch, evening snacks and dinner.
What should I NOT eat? Is it possible to lose weight(noticeably) in such short time?
(I am not fat, more like kim kardashian body type)
Well, if you are ONLY dieting, then you could lose up to two pounds a week at most. If you exercise you will get faster results. At least try walking for 10 minutes every day. Here are some ways to help you lose weight:
-Eat vegetables. They have few calories and a lot of nutrients. (I like raw veggies with ranch)
-Drink water. Even being a little dehydrated can slow down your metabolism.
-Eat whole grain. Better for you, fills you up.
-Eggs have a lot of protein and good fats.
-Get used to skim milk, it has less fat.
-Get enough sleep, being tired worsens cravings.
-Eat when you are actually hungry (but NEVER starve yourself).
-Eat the serving size given on the label (unless it's raw vegetables, eat a lot of those).
These should help you lose weight healthily. Don't expect too much, it is only two weeks. It is better to lose a little in a healthy way, then to lose a lot on a crash diet. Eating vegetables and drinking a lot of water will also make your skin look better and get rid of cellulite, so even if you don't lose a lot of weight you will still look better. I would try to reduce the evening snacks and dinner... just one light meal (salad, soup etc) is enough. Try to focus on eating vegetables and fruits but do not cut down on carbohydrates (noodles, rice, bread) completely, that will just give you the feeling that you're not satisfied... don't forget to drink as much water as possible. Two weeks is a very short period of time. The reason most people lose weight and can't keep it off is due to the fact that they want "instant gratification". Without exercise and the proper diet you could possibly lose a pound or two, bit it sounds like you are looking for a dramatic change.
I suggest you set smaller goals with long term gratification. Begin to alter your lifestyle by making small desicions. Example, maybe you stop putting sugar in your coffee. Or maybe youbputting butter on your toast in the morning. If you can start making these small changes then maybe in time you will begin a chain reaction that will lead to your long term gratification. You may even realize that it is a fun hobby to watch what you eat.
If you want some starting points try cutting out extra sugar and try not to eat a lot of carbohydrates for dinner. (pasta,cereal,bread). Drinking a lot of water is also a great idea.
The most weight you can healthily lose in a week is like 2 pounds, you can lose 1 pound a week by reducing what you eat by about 500 calories, but any more than that should probably done by exercise.
