Just do a lot of cardio. I do half an hour of skipping every day and just drink a lot of water. I'd say about 5 or 6 pounds in two weeks is healthy. Happy birthday by the way :)

Weight is always dropped fast initially, to keep doing so, at a healthy rate however, you have to stick with it.
Exercise, good diet, patience, and commitment.
The faster it goes off the faster it comes back on. I suggest you find a healthy eating plan and lose 1 1/2 - 2 lbs every week. You'll be happier in the end.

If your willing to watch everything you eat and willing to struggle a little (while remaining healthy) is recommend looking into a keto diet... keep carbs between 30-50g and watch the weight start to shed off
