How to lose weight fast? And what is the possible amount of kilo's or pounds that I can lose in 2 weeks?

I currently started to diet and work out, I already lost 2 pounds in 5 days by doing so, and I'm amazed how quickly the numbers are dropping. I want to lose 20 pounds, not because I'm overweight. I also plan on keeping 2 detox days a week (soup or fruit), so what are some useful tips? I'm 17 by the way (turned 17 today tbh haha) so something that I am capable of doing, hugs 😁✨
