You have way too many excuses to lose weight. You need motivation and dedication, without that, you won't ever achieve anything, even if I gave you a miracle pill... (Which does not exist).
And one last thing... "You're not a person to diet?" What's that supposed to mean? You do know that diet means what you take in on an every day basis, right? So you just have to make better decisions into what you intake , and what you don't. And you don't really need a gym, to change the way your body looks... All you need to do is change the way you eat... But exercising will definitely help you reach a goal faster alongside a a healthy diet.
So when you put all those lame excuses aside, and are ready,,, the. Come ask his question again... Otherwise, all the answers in he world are pretty much useless.
